The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always friendly and willing to help. The location was also very convenient, right outside the main railway station, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast offered a variety of options and was of good quality. The modern breakfast room with a view was a nice touch.

The room I stayed in was not as comfortable as I had hoped. It lacked heating, making it quite cold, especially without any carpeting.

Excellent access to public transport, particularly the tram to the city center. Mr. Jolonov at the reception provided exceptional service, going out of his way to help with concerns. Great location with nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and a convenient SPAR at the train station. Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Friendly and welcoming hotel staff

No air conditioning or heater in the room. Bedding was not elegant and the duvet was not broad enough for two people.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Ibis in Graz. The location was perfect, right across from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for our travels. The room was basic, but functional, which suited our needs perfectly for our short stay. We were also able to redeem our Accor points, which was a nice bonus. The staff provided a friendly welcome and we were able to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long flight.

The hotel location is absolutely perfect, being just across the main train station. , there are plenty of eating options and a supermarket right around. The staff is polite and nice. The hotel provides an underground parking garage with plenty of spaces, which is affordable. the hotel serves an amazing breakfast with various options.

The hotel room was quite old-fashioned and could definitely need a refurbishment.
